This webinar will provide an overview of the recently released Returning to the Community: Health Care After Incarceration: A Guide for Health Care Reentry. Learn about how you can help those returning to the community after incarceration to maintain their physical and behavioral health.
This webinar will highlight resources available from CMS and DOJ and will focus on the newly released guide.
