Study of practitioners involved in probation programs for people who have perpetrated domestic violence: their experiences engaging with this population, the quality of the training they received prior to this work and the support and supervision available after, challenges and rewards of working in this field, their coping strategies and willingness to continue this work, the personal impact of undertaking this work, and how it affects their feelings about relationships, including their own.
