Improving Outcomes for People Who Are “Familiar Faces” In Georgia and New Mexico: States Supporting Familiar Faces Report

A roadmap and call to action for human service professionals and agencies searching for ways to help people who are "familiar faces"—those who have complex behavioral health needs and frequently come into contact with the criminal justice system, emergency departments, homeless services, and other behavioral health systems—in their communities. Specific steps, lessons learned, and accomplishments from Georgia and New Mexico in developing collaborative solutions are described.
