National initiative led by All Rise, transforming the criminal justice system’s approach to identifying, assessing, and supporting veterans. All Rise provides resources, training, and technical assistance to help communities bring together local, state, and federal resources to serve justice-involved veterans impacted by mental health and substance use disorders.
