Request Technical Assistance for Post-Conviction Risk and Needs Assessment from BJA and CSG

The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA)—a component of the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs—and the Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center are inviting state, local, and tribal jurisdictions to request technical assistance to adopt the National Guidelines for Post-Conviction Risk and Needs Assessment. Jurisdictions selected for this opportunity will receive cross-sector training and technical assistance using cutting-edge strategies focused on improving accuracy, fairness, and transparency in post-conviction assessments for agencies, practitioners, and individuals receiving assessment.
