A Roadmap to help people see that change is possible and within reach—and provides actionable guidance about how to get there. The Roadmap has two parts: a Policy Roadmap and an Implementation Roadmap. The Policy Roadmap contains 11 policies and practices that apply to different parts of the pretrial system. The Implementation Roadmap includes four strategies that are key to successfully implementing these policies and practices.
